The Challenger Bread Pan in the Breville Smart Oven - Easy Oven Spring with Blisters

I show here how to
I show here how to bake sourdough using the Challenger Bread Pan in the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro. You can use the instructions here also for other ovens with a few minor adjustments.
1) Place pan without lid on rack at slow cook level in the Breville. Preheat at 480 F for 30 minutes.
2) Put the lid on the pan and preheat for at least an additional 10 minutes at the same temperature.
3) Place dough in the Challenger Bread Pan, add one ice cube, cover and bake at 480 F for 20 minutes.
4) Remove lid and bake for another 10 minutes or so until desired color is achieved. Lower the temp to 425 F.
5) Remove from the oven and cool for 2 hours or overnight before slicing.
Enjoy your crusty, shiny, deep-colored, delicious sourdough bread made with the Challenger Bread Pan in Breville!
