Here is a #barfi recipe made out of lauki or ghiya (bottle gourd). Lauki ki barfi can also be eaten on fasting days. Lauki ki Burfi is very simple and easy to make at home and requires very little ingredients and effort.

Even if a person does not like to eat gourd (Lauki), he will not resist the silky, luxurious and smooth taste of #laukikiburfi.
