Hello, I am Casayun.
In this video, I will be sharing how to make healthy whole wheat bread.

To make whole wheat bread more soft and moist, i increased the moisture of the dough.
So I was able to make enough pores in the bread by folding it several times without kneading the dough.
And I added yogurt to make the whole wheat bread taste better.
For those who want to make sourdough bread but haven't tried it,
I think it'll be a good recipe.

 Whole Wheat Yogurt Bread
Whole wheat flour 150g
Bread flour 100g
Sugar 3g (1/2 tsp)
Salt 5g (1 tsp)
Water 200ml (room temperature)
Instant dry yeast 2g
Unsweetened yogurt 80g (room temperature)


1. Put whole wheat flour, bread flour, sugar and salt in a clean bowl and mix lightly. Combine water and yeast, add yogurt and mix the dough. Cover the top and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, transfer the dough to the workbench and fold it all sides of the dough. Then transfer it back to the container and let it rest for 30 minutes. And repeat this process twice more. (Please refer to the video for details)
2. Transfer the dough to the workbench and round it.
3. Put the dough into a proofing basket. Cover the top and let it rest for 1 hour in a lukewarm place (about 24 degrees).
4. Before baking, Score the surface of the dough evenly. Bake in an oven preheated to 230 ℃ (446℉) for 5 minutes - lower the the temperature to 220℃ (428℉) and bake for another 15 minutes.
