When lower , upper, left or right Portion of your smart phone's touch  is not working and you can not replace the whole screen or motherboard ?

You can fix that with this make shift arrangement and do all basic works with that defected mobile with going to service center or mobile repair shop...

You Need to do few  basic steps:

1.Open Your Desktop PC or Laptop
2.Download ADB Editor from this link1

3.Download this software and Blue Console will be opened
4 type Y and Enter in all the steps it ask
5 click next
6 click on finish (ADB Editor is installed in your system)
7 Now Connector you defected smartphone with this laptop/computer
8 Go to Developers Option from Setting
9 Turn On USB Debugging
10   Now Open your command prompt in you computer by simply typing CMD in computers windows search
11 now type ADB DEVICES and press enter
12 now type ADB SHELL and Press enter
13 now Type WM OVERSCAN 0,0,0,0

if you need to shift shift from lower bottom of your phone you need to type
WM OVERSCSN 0,0,0,350 or Type not only 350 what ever size you want to resize your screen to...just increase values , in place of zeros in WM OVERSCAN command and you will get the result just in a Enter Away
