HOW MANY DISHES THEY CAN MAKE FROM A DIAMOND SHAPE FIN SQUID ?

It would be great to wander around dating in such this kind chill weather in Saigon. Unfortunately, there’s just 2 of us. And what the 2 guy should do together. We eat.
Today is a night for the Squid feast- it’s not just the simple squid but the huge Diamond shape fin squid. When it comes to its taste, it’s hard to find any seafood with a complimentary taste like squid. It’s very chewy at the top but gets crispy around the tentacles. Since it’s kind of the big size squid- you will come across a variety of dishes made with it such as : squid salad with Thai style dressing, squid tossed with Hong Kong salt, the flaming squid inside the aluminum foil bird or the grilled squid slathered with Hong Kong sauce. Honestly- the last dish we listed is my least favorite one. But who knows- we all have different taste.
The prices seem to be a little high in general- but can help when it comes to fresh & high quality seafood dishes. You eat what you pay for.
