Today Shifu Yan Xin shares with us a 25 minutes intense (advanced) Full Body Kung Fu Workout that will help you build your Fitness, Stamina and Endurance and take them to a higher level.
This is a hard training session, be prepared, but the reward is high as well.
There is we start with a warm up, then 10 movements each 2 minutes with 15 seconds rest in between.
