Like this Roadside Assistance video the customer has a Chevy Trax with locking lug nuts.. The last time her truck was in for service they broke her wheel lock key, so when she caught a flat she ended up in a tough spot.
In this video TFRGA tries all the tricks to remove it. Starting with a 19mm craftsman 12 point socket and an Ingersoll Rand 20v 1/2" impact gun he has little success. Then moving on to the Access tool reverse twist sockets to no avail. However, in the end persistence paid off and the locking lug was removed and the call completed.
