How To Play One On Guitar

How to play One on guitar by Metallica is a great song for intermediate players to practice lots of different guitar techniques and some easy solos.

This is a look at One tab guitar lesson. This song uses open chords, power chords, arpeggio picking, tapping, tremolo picking, fast runs and bends.

I will show you how to play One on guitar and show you each part. Before we get into the song I will show you the power chords they use in the song. I will show you how to play the intro riff using arpeggio picking and the solo they play over the top. Then you will learn the second riff and what the two different guitar parts are doing. Then you will learn riff three and how it joins to riff two. You will learn how to play the chorus using a heavy guitar sound. You will learn the second solo using a clean guitar and how to play all the heavy parts at the end of the song. We will finish with the third and fourth solos and all the techniques he uses.

One of the harder parts to One chords is being able to play the chords and add in the fourth and the arpeggio picking at the start.
