Hi. This is ShimEuddeume.
This video is about the pre-exercise stretching that will prevent injuries and increases exercise effectiveness.
This is what I photographed right before shooting the Diet Vlog at the end of February, and therefore, as you can see, my body seems to be big and strong.
I seemed to be about two kilos more than my current weight. And all of the sudden I can see how much two kilos take up the space of my body.
