Tap in with us for a Lower Body Dumbbell Tabata Workout! We broke up this workout into 5 groups of 3 strength/HIIT exercises that target the the quads, hamstrings, glutes, inner thighs and calfs. All you need for this workout is a pair of dumbbells (I used 10# and 15# dumbbells, but feel free to go lighter/heavier). This workout is advanced, so please slow down the movement or drop weight as a modification.
