This Baldurs Gate 3 (BG3)
This Baldurs Gate 3 (BG3) build for Karlach turns her into a crazy Hulk-like Amazon. With this single class Barbarian build and some supportive items, Karlach becomes a true beast in combat. Check out the video for how to give Karlach her own special best friend.

For those who prefer the build in writing it goes like this:
Strength: 17
Dexterity: 14
Constitution: 14
Intelligence: 8
Wisdom: 12
Charisma:10
(if you only care about combat up the con to 16 by lowering wisdom and Charisma)
Lvl 1: Barbarian 1
no choices
Lvl 2: Barbarian 2
no choices
lvl 3: Barbarian 3
Subclass: Berserker
Lvl 4: Barbarian 4
Feat: Tavern Brawler (choose +1 stregth)
Lvl 5: Barbarian 5
no choices
As said simple :-)
Important Items:
Returning Pike (you can just use random thrown weapons instead)
The Sparkle Hands (they work despite tooltip)
Ring of Flingíng (Fling of Ringing!!)
Extra items:
Bow of Awareness
Swiresy shoes
Monster Slayer Glaive
Best medium armor you've got
Silver pendant (as she does not have anything requiring concentration
The idea: Get up high and utilize the bonus damage on thrown weapons from height (you do great damage at level as well). Keep throwing spears at people 3 times per round when raging at lvl 5. for around 25-30 damage a pop. More from up high, with insane accuracy and often advantage on top.
And the bonus: Watch the video to see how to get a find familiar: Quasit on Karlach so she has a little friend to remind her of Avernus :-)
