Black And White Polka Dot Sprinkle Explosion Cake With Sprinkle Balls

In this cake decorating tutorial I'll show you how to decorate a black and white polka dot sprinkle explosion cake with sprinkle balls, using a bought or homemade stencil to make black buttercream polka dots and covering chocolates with sprinkles to decorate the top of the cake.
