In this video recipe, chef devaux shows how to make Gunkan maki otherwise known as battleship maki, this form of sushi was invented in 1941 by the Giza Kyubey. The battleship sushi shown in this video is a little different than any you may have seen in the past because of the revolutionary "Soy Sauce Pearls", These delicious little bites of soy sauce complement the salmon and masago roe perfectly.  This is a relatively simple recipe to cook, give it a try.
