Destiny 2 - Enable SOLO STRIKES! How to play strikes, forges completely solo.

I grew annoyed of Bungie's inability to add a feature which would allow me to play through strikes solo, and the already existing community made solutions were PowerShell scripts... While these work, they're not optimal.
So I did the only sensible thing, and created my own solution. The Destiny 2 Solo-Enable, or D2SE, talks with the firewall of your Windows machine and creates rules which block in- and outbound traffic from/to certain ports. This makes sure you won't get matched together with other people.
Do note however, Bungie is using Steams implementation of matchmaking, which means when the program is turned on, you can't login to Steam (but turning the program on / off is a simple as clicking a single button).
Since the program handles firewall rules, it needs the privileges to do so. This is why the program needs to be run in Administrator mode. Otherwise it cannot change anything related to the Windows Firewall.
Note: I did not sign this program. This means your Browser and Operating system will try to prevent you from running the program. This is because I did not sign the software. I did not sign it, because I just don't have the knowledge of doing so yet. The source code is up on GitHub for everyone to checkout, and includes comments explaining the code even for people who don't know how to code.
