Fuji 70-300mm vs Tamron 18-300mm (Best Wildlife Superzoom Lens)

Can the new Tamron 18-300mm f3.5-6.3 compete with the Fuji 70-300mm f4-5.6 for wildlife video?   We'll test the image quality at the same focal lengths, who has better stabilization? Autofocus, sharpness etc.  Testing on the Fuji XT4.
