No Bake, Cheesecake in a Jar recipe.

Ingredients:
1 block (250g) of Cream Cheese,
1/2 cup of thickened cream
1/2 cup of caster sugar
1/2 vanilla pod, (scrape seeds,)
Zest of 1 lemon, including juice of half that lemon,
1/2 packet of biscuits crushed,
50g butter, melted
Fruit to garnish, passion fruit, blueberries, etc,
