POTREBNE NAMIRNICE:
• 400 ml mlakog mleka
• 8g suvog ili 35g svežeg kvasca
• Malo šećera
• 3 kašike pavlake
• 3-4 kašike ulja
• 1 kašičicu soli
• 900 g brašna
Testo podeliti na 4 jednake  lopte od 375 g i jednu lopticu od 50 g
150 g putera za premazivanje kore
1 žumance za premazivanje
Peći na  180°C(360°F) 35-40 minuta.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
• 400 ml of warm milk
• 8g dry or 35g fresh yeast
• Little sugar
• 3 spoons of cream
• 3-4 tablespoons of oil
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 900 g of flour
Divide the dough into 4 equal balls of 375 g and one ball of 50 g
150 g of butter for coating the crust
1 egg yolk for coating
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 35-40 minutes.
