Your very positive feedback on the BPD's new patrol car design has been very much appreciated. The department has heard great response from citizens on the next generation of patrol car including the choice of the Dodge Charger, the design and the innovative new safety equipment. Capt. Eugene Smith, who along with Lt. Stuart Kelsay led the process, talks about why the department made the choices it did.
