The underbutt is notorious for being a little difficult to tone. The underbutt is the area where the hamstring muscles meet the glutes, and without strong hamstrings, we are not going to build a nice perky butt.

This home workout requires virtually no equipment (just a chair) and is only 12 minutes long, but trust me when I say- it gets results!

What's on the menu... These 4 exercises for 1min each, 3 rounds

1. Elevated Bridge
2. Single Leg Deadlift - Right
3. Single Leg Deadlift - Left
4. Four Point Kneel, Hamstring Curl

Now roll out your mat, and let's do this together.
