How to make a snow globe for kids | Easy kids activity | DIY Snow globe
How to make a snow globe for kids is a video about an easy kids activity using the famous cartoon character Minnie mouse. Since we’ve used Minnie mouse, we simply call it as Minnie Mouse Snow Globe.
Its fairly easy to make. You can use an empty glass jar, water, glitter, confetti and glycerin along with an elegant toy. Just glue the toy to the lid of the jar and leave it to dry. Until it dries, continue to make the mixture for the snow globe. This is the important part. Mixture is the substance that make snow globe to be beautiful and eye catchy. The fine scenic patterns made by descending glitter make the snow globe more elegant. Since this is a DIY snow globe, we can pick and choose the ingredients to make the snow globe more attractive.
So, mix water, glitter, confetti together and add glycerin, to make the solution dense. This is the secret of any snow globe. Once the solution is made, fix the lid to the jar and seal it with glue, so that the solution inside won’t come out when you shake the snow globe. You can attach a base to the snow globe if you prefer. We have glued another lid and covered with nice colorful ribbon. Once all that is done the snow globe, the easy kids activity, the Minnie mouse snow globe is ready be place on a table.
Since we are focusing on easy kids activities, we always think about the safety, and did not have an exception for this video, How to make a snow globe for kids. Hence, we’ve used vegetable glycerin for this purpose.
We have made two snow globes using two different toys, and you can see it all in the video.
