Kabirkhan (California Chrome) Training For the Dubai World Cup 2024
Kabirkhan has been doing great in his training drills. I think that sometimes great chemistry works wonders. He seems to like his Dubai Team with Patrick Dobbs as his jockey and Doug his trainer and also the land. He is thriving in Dubai. I think he likes the Meydan track and everything about Dubai. He put in 10 furlongs showing that he can run the distance. I remember Art Sherman (Chrome’s trainer) had Chrome run 2 miles in his training drills. That’s how Chrome got ripped and muscled up. That’s how he built up the stamina to go the distance at high speed. But in Russia Kabirkhan won races at a whopping 2400 meters twice. That’s a mile and a half like racing in the Belmont stakes. When he won the Maktoum Challenge that was only 1900 meters. So I think Kabirkhan is loaded up and ready. Cheers to Kabirkhan, a living dream come true!
