This primal-style workout created by dance, fitness and movement coach, Polar Master Trainer Anniina Ala-Mattinen unleashes your primal instincts. These bodyweight movements, that imitate how animals move, are fun and you can adjust the intensity of the workout by changing pace, amount of reps and so on.

On the video, you’ll learn a 10-minute primal-style bodyweight workout sequence with 6 animal moves.

➡️ WORKOUT DURATION: 10 minutes per round

➡️ AT-HOME WORKOUT: Apartment-friendly workout. No equipment needed. Suitable for all fitness levels.

➡️ WORKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: This is a bodyweight workout with 6 functional moves. The aim is to repeat each move for 30 seconds and complete 1-3 rounds with 30-60 seconds of rest in between rounds.

WORKOUT: 1-3 ROUNDS, 10 MINUTES PER ROUND
