How to crack your back with a foam roller can be done with two simple movements: the push and the bounce. Place the foam roller in the lumbar position.  Then with your hands push and roll a tad bit and bounce at the same time.  The lumbar sacrum tailbone area will be adjusted. The foam roller, depending on the firmness, can be painful. Always do it in a slow methodic comfortable pace.
