These are shells made with puff pastry, a fascinating and truly delicious appetizer with a filling of shrimp, potato and hard-boiled eggs. I'm sure it will amaze your guests and family. Use a mini quiche mold or other small mold to shape the shells. Cut the puff pastry into pairs, overlap them and cut them diagonally to obtain the shell shape. With a fork, lightly press down the middle of each shell, forming the shell appearance. Brush with beaten egg and milk on each shell. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. While they cool, prepare the filling. Grate the hard-boiled eggs, cooked potato and prawns. Mix with ricotta (or mayonnaise, cream cheese), diced pineapple (optional), chopped chives, salt and black pepper to taste. Fill each shell with the prepared mixture. Dip the olives in olive oil and place them inside each shell, like pearls. Transfer everything to a plate and decorate your table. Enjoy the charming appetizer and amaze your guests!
