Winter passes and we go to have lunch and visit Spring Creek Lodge, in the valley of the Chimehuin River very close to Junin de los Andes, a beautiful complex of 5 cabins oriented to fly fishing anglers, with a restaurant where they offer an exquisite and refined 5-step lunch by chef Fede Castro and pastry chef Agus Ruggeri.
There we were welcomed by Paco Morgade, a friend of the family, who together with the restaurant staff made us feel at home, with a careful and unbeatable service.
We enjoy the wonderful gastronomy and then, to relax, we go to enjoy tea and coffee in one of the cabins, always with an incredible view of the majestic Lanín volcano.
The cabins are very comfortable and cozy, with a country style to enjoy a fantastic and quiet stay in a magical and natural environment.
