Today, I  present to you two recipes for Japanese egg sandwiches “Tamago sando” with my homemade Japanese milk bread!
A hard-boiled egg sandwich with mayonnaise and another with super creamy scrambled eggs!
These two recipes are simple, easy to make and very delicious. Perfect for lunch boxes or children's snack time! We also really like it at breakfast.

Ingredients
   Hard-boiled egg sandwich
       -Eggs - 2
       -Milk - 1 tsp
       -Mayonnaise - 1.5 Tbsp
       -Salt - 1/2 tsp
       -Sugar - 1/2 tsp
       -Pepper - 1/2 tsp
       -Milk bread - 2 slices
       -Butter - 10g

   For cooking
       -Salt - 1/2 tsp

Scrambled egg sandwich
       -Eggs - 2
       -Milk - 1 Tbsp
       -Sugar - 1/2 tsp
       -Salt - 1/2 tsp
       -Milk bread - 1 thick slice
       -Butter - 10g

   For cooking
       -Butter - 10g
