You can use this video the next time you do an indoor treadmill or bike workout using your favourite device.
This 6km walk was filmed along the shared cycle/walking track at Bulli Beach, New South Wales, around 40 miles south of Sydney.
I have been asked by a couple of viewers if it was possible to leave the original sound intact. Usually I find it either overly windy, or that I'm having a conversation with my wife who is following me with our dog Buddy. However, this time I think it works pretty well. There's a little wind noise at the beginning, but it settles down soon enough. Obviously you can always turn the volume down and play your favourite music instead :)
I am planning to do more walks/runs etc in the near future. So please let me know if you have any suggestions for the channel, as I'd love to hear from you :)
