Tundra main fuse link! Still wont start, Watch til end!

What is up my dudes? My 2011 4.6L V8 Toyota Tundra's battery died and I just so happened to have a spare battery with me. Only problem is, I installed it backwards! Here's what I did to fix it completely! After swapping the main fuse I was still having major issues so here's how I was able to troubleshoot the problems.
