2014 GMC Terrain radio not working and black screen

So I came across a 2014 GMC terrain when I bought it the screen wasn’t working and I couldn’t listen to music or look at the back up camera so I checked the fuse box 1st for number nine and make sure the fuse for radio is working properly. Fuse was fine so I had to take out the whole radio and replace the unit as it was the issue. I called dealer and it was 1000 dollar, I ordered same part number through eBay from a trusted seller(LKQ), when I installed it, screen started working again but I got a message that says locked. I sent it to dealer and the stereo is working fine ever since. I hope you find this video helpful, feel free to message me if you have any question
