This is an okonomiyaki made without flour and eaten easily.
The cabbage is roasted over high heat and has a smokey scent.


✤ Ingredients (1 ~ 2 servings)
   Handful of cabbage | 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 5 cooked shrimps

✤ Sauces and seasonings
   Salt, mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce

✤ Making
 ① For 2 eggs, add a pinch of salt and mix
 ② Cut cabbage into 1 ~ 1.5cm width
 ③ Slice the bacon to the width of the cabbage
 ④ Boil the cooked shrimp in hot water, cut the tail and cut it in half.
 ⑤ Stir-fry bacon first, then stir-fry in order of shrimp and cabbage.
 ⑥ When roasting, add only a pinch of salt
 ⑦ Put the fried cabbage in a bowl for a while
 ⑧ Pour eggs into a pan with cooking oil to make egg paper
 ⑨ Raise cabbage before the top is cooked
 ⑩ Fold both sides of the egg
 ⑪ Put the folded part down on the plate
 ⑫ Sprinkle teriyaki sauce and mayonnaise sauce
 ⑬ Finally, put the bonito

✤ TIP
  ① When there is no bonito, replace it with chopped green onion or parsley powder
  ② Do not cut cabbage too thinly
