Ingredients for about 12-14 muffins
3 medium-sized eggs
a pinch of salt
140 g of sugar
90 ml of milk at room temperature
75 g odorless vegetable oil
30 g lemon juice
Peel of a lemon
220 g flour
8 g of baking powder (2 teaspoons)
in a preheated oven at a temperature of
170 Degrees Celsius (340° F) Top-bottom heat bake for about 30 minutes without convection
