Your 3D Printer must have a problem with the temperature sensor
I'm going to talk about PLA but it can be any other filament, its average printing temperature is between 190 to 210C°, when you go to print the quality is very bad, it looks like it's too hot and you need to lower the temperature close to 180C° or the opposite , at normal temperature the filament does not come out, it keeps making the TEC TEC noise in the extruder and filament only comes out if the temperature is above 220C°, know that there is a high chance that you have a problem with the temperature sensor of the hotend.
