3 to 6 tablespoons of molasses

FOR THE SPICE
1.. The zest of 2 lemons 🍋 🍋
2.. The zest of 2 oranges 🍊🍊
2teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon all spice
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

FOR THE DRIED FRUITS
350g of dried cranberries
300g of Rasins
300g pecans

WET INGREDIENTS
6 large Eggs
360 ml of Rum or Water
2 tablespoons baileys ( Irish cream wine)
