Using the example of our custom home build in Sandy, Oregon, Josh illustrates the benefits of having a designated space adjacent to the primary building site. For this custom home project, our team strategically utilized a 70’ x 50’ pad originally intended for a future barn build. By repurposing it as a staging area, our team succeeded in optimizing efficiency and workflow throughout the home construction process.
