WNBC Sign-Off, Mid-80's

From WNBC, New York City's channel 4, here's the last few minutes of Sunday night programming. I'm not sure if this is 1984 or '85. There's a brief Family Feud promo followed by a Don Pardo-introduced editorial with Joe Michaels (about crooked contract bidding on Long Island). Then Rabbi Reuven Siegel of the East 55th Street Conservative Synagogue delivers a sermonette on true friendship.
