Bypass jeep seat cables, 2004 tj easy trick to flip the seat foreward.

I had a cable snap inside the seat so I could not flip the seat forward. I removed a few bolts to reveal underneath and take a look at the cable system. This will not fix if you have broken both cables but if you are seat flips forward halfway or only partially. Twisting the bar below the seat in the front where I indicate in the video with a pair of vice grips your hand pliers or whatever you else you decide, you will be able to flip the seat completely forward
