'An outstanding documentary about pigeon racing and its place in the community (Cork Film Fest. Commendation 1998)

Made while I was still in film school, Roots & Wings is ostensibly about pigeon racing in Ballyfermot, but really it's community, fathers and sons and the way men relate to each other.
