Good day! Today we're going to make a more affordable version of Leche Flan. This dessert is cheap, but still creamy and delicious. Let's go!
For the Flan:
5 pcs. extra-large size eggs (6 pcs. if medium/large size, 7pcs if small size)
370 ml evaporated milk
300 ml condensed milk
1/8 cup white sugar
1 pc. kalamansi or 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
For Caramelization:
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. water
