How to find out which bearing is failed, road test for bearing noise, pinpoint the bad bearing and hub assembly, and easily repair the failed bearing. Shown here in detail on a 2016 Chevy Equinox, but this is the same process and tips for many vehicles.
Torque specs:
Wheel bearing hub assembly bolts: 95 ft lbs
Axle nut: 150 ft lbs
Wheel lug nuts: 130 ft lbs
