TRAIN WITH ME (US) (LUCAS WILL HAVE A $5 PROGRAM IN CURRENT TIME ALONG WITH ME!!!) We are so excited to take you along our own workouts! We will rotate between my workouts and his to make sure we are balanced with our workout content. $5 program and we can do it together! Full Leg Workout:
4 sets:
-Quad Extension 3 sets x5 1 set xfailure
-Seated Hamstring Curl 3 sets x5 1 set xfailure

3 sets:
RDL (glute focused) 3 sets x8
controlled negatives

3 sets:
Hack Squat (quad focused) 2 sets x6 1 set xfailure + 2 forced reps
controlled negatives

5 sets:
Weighted Hyperextension (HEAVY) 4 sets x5 1 set xfailure
controlled negatives
