To change the time on your Seiko Coutura, pull the crown out into its 2nd position, as far as it can go. From there, you can twist the crown to adjust the main hour and minute hands to your current time. I'd recommend that you set the time slightly ahead so that you have to set the 24-hour time, too. You must set the 24-hour time to the same time as your main hands, in order to set AM/PM and have the calendar work correctly. Simply press or hold the 'B' button, at the bottom right of the case, to move the 24-hour hands forward. To set the Perpetual Calendar, you will need to keep the crown out in the 2nd position. Press the 'A' button, at the top right of the case, to switch between each setting. The settings will follow this order: 1. 24-hour time 2. Day of the week 3. Date 4. Leap Year 5. Repeat When on each setting, you can adjust the value by pressing 'B'. Set the correct day and date, and then move onto the leap year setting. You can use 'B' to adjust between 0, 1, 2, & 3, which represent the number of years since the last leap year. For example, the last leap year was 2020, and it is currently 2023, the value should be set to '3'. With your values set, you can push the crown back in to continue the clock.
