After many tests I didn't found a way to get rid from understeering and keep stability on this car. It's sad to admit, but it's the worst Bugatti in game atm.
With changing a little Diff Distrib (1 tick to the left) it gain better accel and handling become more predictable, but due to understeer it's still hard to drive. The rest parameters even in maxed position doesn't help much in steering.
Returning to default Diff Disturb make steering slightly easy but then uncontrolable twichy behavior exist. So both options are not perfect for me.

The top speed also not impressive, it even worse than regular Divo has.
So the usefulness of this car is questionable imo, and handling is extremely hard.
