At an early age we
At an early age we begin pushing our creative development through play, exploration, and positive reinforcement. But, can adults push their creative development to bring their work to a new level? I say, "heck yes!"
Whether we are amateurs beginning our creative journey or seasoned artists who have been at it for decades, without nudging our creative development even just a little bit, we will be caught in a repetitive cycle of creating the same work, over and over, without every breaking out.
By introducing a single change in the way we work, the tools we use, or the environment we work in, we can alter the course of our creative development by leaps and bounds.
ALSO in this video, I share my Inktober 2021 Wrap Up with you, and how I chose to push my own creative development to create a unique set of characters during the challenge and for 31 days get to intimately know them to finish with a cohesive body of work that I'm pleased with.
