Picking and gutting a Medeco M4.  This one has six main pin stacks that require being lifted to shear and rotated to engage with a sidebar, five of which use Assa-style barrel drivers with matched counter-milling, and there are additionally four false-gated sliders that control the motion of the sidebar, one of which is operated by an interactive element on the key.

Picking begins at 1:13, open at 3:40, gutting from 4:15 to 14:00, and analysis from 14:00 to 23:18.

Note:  I purchased this lock new from a locksmith who ordered it sub-assembled and pinned it from an M4 pinning kit.  This was not an example of factory pinning.  In order to take full advantage of all of the security features in the lock, I repinned the lock from my own stock of Biaxial pins to include barrel drivers in all chambers with counter-milling, a mushroom driver in the unmilled chamber, and keypins with false gates in all chambers.
