Steps to prepare jujube syrup:
1- First cook each kilogram of jujube with 2 liters of water for 2 hours.
2- Pound and crush the cooked jujubes until the skin of the fruit splits.
3- Then add 3 liters of water (for each kilo of jujube) and boil again for half an hour.
4_ Then pour all the ingredients into a cotton bag and press until the extract comes out.
5- Boil the extract until it becomes thick.

As you get closer to the end of the concentration, reduce the flame so that it does not burn.
To check the syrup concentration, take a spoon from it and check the concentration after cooling.
Because when it is hot, it looks watery.

It is necessary to crush the jujubes before extracting the juice, because the jujube skin, like the skin of grapes, prevents the extract from the fruit and must be split.

The foam that appears at the end of the concentration is edible and should not be thrown away.
To remove foam, mix with syrup while still hot to dissolve.
and To turn all the syrup into a foam, let it cool completely, then mix with a mixer until foamy.
