It is not any possible to get pregnant with one ovary it is no more difficult than she had two ovaries because when she loses one ovary, the other ovary stats ovulating every cycle. So is she has regular sexual intercourse, it is not impossible; to get pregnant. However in this case it is a case of polycystic ovarian syndrome in which case she may not be ovulating she may require ovulation induction for conception. The four components which are required for conception are healthy sperm, healthy egg, intact fallopian tube, and a normal uterus. So pregnancy is possible with one ovary also.
