Best Cover Songs for Solo Gigs

It took me a LONG time to figure out how to change the key of popular songs and make it work for me and the limitations of my voice.  Now my Go-To Method is to look up the song on https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/ to find the "official version," and then I look up the "vocal" part.  Then I hit the transpose button until the high note is in a doable range for my voice.

How do you make covers work for you?  What songs are in your top ten when you play covers?
