Check out this Oxygen Probe! We were gifted an expensive (and Fun) tool to use for composting

We were recently given an oxygen probe as part of some testing that we are doing for an outside organization.  It's pretty cool!  Not something we would have bought on our own (Looks like the one we got is $1,600+?!?!!). But, it's led to a lot of probing of piles around the site to see if our assumptions are backed up by the probe
