You may remember i filmed a video recently where i spoke about the reasons you should leave London and buy a house, as it tends to be more affordable etc. As promised i have done the alternative and have looked at the reasons why you should stay in London. The difference in the culture, people and non judgmental life that London brings and also employment and the social aspects of living in London. Buying a house isn't for everyone neither is it everyones goal in life, so for those who would rather rent in London or considering moving out of london hopefully both videos will help you come to a decision.
