In this video, Bad Beast makes lemon pepper chicken wings on the Asmoke pellet grill.
Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings
Ingredients
2 pounds chicken wings, separated
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 1/2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning (plus more to sprinkle over top before cooking)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
1. Marinate chicken in the FoodSaver Vacuum Seal Quick Marinator.
2. Combine lemon juice, soy sauce, brown sugar and red pepper flakes together and pour over chicken.
3. Seal FoodSaver Vacuum Seal Quick Marinator and marinate for one cycle.
4. Move wings to another bowl and season with lemon pepper seasoning.
5. Smoke chicken wings at 250 degrees until internal temp is at least 170 degrees.
